Rates are generally 25% lower than direct through Casa Del Mar. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Daily rates are
based on four persons. Extra person charges are $5 per person on a daily
basis and $25 on a weekly basis.
Max occupance is 4 adults and 2 children. There is a $100 damage deposit
on weekly rates and a $200 damage deposit on monthly rates. Lost keys will be
charged $35 to re-key locks. All rates are subject to change. Cancellation Policy: • If cancellation
becomes necessary for any reason and it is prior to 30 days, then a full
refund will be returned excluding reservation deposit of $50. • If less than 30 days,
but prior to 7 days notice of cancellation, then 1/2 of the rental rate or
$200 whichever is greater will be lost as well as the $50 reservation deposit
unless property is rented for same dates. If less than 7 days notice of
cancellation is received, then all of the rental rate will be lost as well as
the $50 reservation deposit. • If reservation is for
a week or more, then 30 days notice of cancellation is required to receive a
full refund. If less than 30 days notice of cancellation is received on a
week or more booking, then all rental rate will be lost unless property can
be rented for the same dates. Damage deposit and cleaning fee will be returned. • In all cases should a
cancellation arise the guest will lose the $50 booking fee. Maximum occupancy
is four adults and two children ages 12 and under on daily rentals, 2 persons maximum on monthly
rentals. All occupants must be 21 years of age unless accompanied by parents. All accommodations are
subject to availability. A maximum of two parking permits are issued per
